Billy, a graduate of Webster University with a MA degree in Computer Resources and Information System Management, has a wealth of knowledge and experience in technology designing home and small business security systems. Billy was born and raised in East Prairie, Missouri and lived there until he joined the military. During his 22 years of service he served a tour of duty supporting his country in England and another overseas tour in Germany. He also had assignments in Nebraska, Texas and Northern Virginia. He currently resides with his wife in Ashburn, Virginia.
